Not only was their price on the bed frame I bought better than Amazon (with Free Shipping), but I received the bed in 3 business days after my order. A giant package right to my door. Good quality for the price. My order had a few issues (missing par...ts, missing holes), and they were very prompt and professional in replying to my emails and sending out replacement parts. I am very happy with the purchase and the transaction.

I am so happy with my purchase. It was very reasonable, extremly well made, and made in America. I am sure it will last much longer than any of the options I could of bought at Walmart. It was also cheaper than anything I could of bought at Walmart, ...and nothing they sell is made in America. Its time people start thinking like this before nothing is made here and no one has a job. I just had to drop a line to comment on how pleased I am with the service and questions patiently answered, shipping and above all the quality product I received today. Yes, I know its only been a couple of hours since its assembly, but my 4-year-old and I had such fun putting our trundle bed together--she overjoyed with placing slats in and me being amazed by the quality of the product I received. For years, I have been putting together all the furniture I've ever bought from beds to futons to dressers, etc. and I honestly have never assembled so simple a piece that I had such confidence was of such great quality. I will definitely be recommending your company to anyone on a fixed budget like myself who wants some good quality furniture pieces and peace of mind to boot. Thanks again!

I had no trouble ordering and it came on the day it said it would. The cover shipped separate but that wasn't a problem because it gave me the chance to set the Futon up and get the mattress laid out. Since the mattress comes rolled up in a box it needed those couple (2) days to flatten out. I slept on it for a couple of nights to try it out and I slept as good on it as I do my own bed. I really didn't need customer service but I marked it excellent because I can't see them not having good help when they take such good care of everything else. My Husband had it put together very quickly because the directions were very easy to follow. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I found the tri-fold lounge style futon frame online and it fit what I needed perfectly. I checked the reviews on line and ordered the item. It arrived a day earlier than expected, was very easy to put together and is wonderful. I cannot express how much I love this futon frame.

I ordered this for my oldest son, along with a platform bed frame from Costco, and a cushy thick mattress topper from Amazon. He loves the whole ensemble! He wanted a firm mattress, and having futons presently, he opted to try one for fulltime sleeping. I haven't seen it all myself yet, but I asked him to let me know in detail how all items arrived, the packing, etc. He said everything arrived perfectly and in perfect condition (rare it seems, these days ..) and after several nights, I asked him what he thought about the comfort while sleeping. He loves it and gives it the highest ratings. We ordered the Otis Haley 150 mattress in a queen-size. He is thrilled!

The delivery service left this product at a neighbors, we thought it had been lost. When I called your company, the fella I spoke to was very nice. He made arrangements to deliver another product. I was thrilled that your company would not make me wait through a tracking process. We were able to find the product at our neighbors(they left for the weekend),I called and left a message late on Sunday night. Next morning I did get an email to thank me for canceling the replacement delivery. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I want to thank you for a great shopping experience and a great product. I looked at many websites, searching for an extra long twin bed frame that would work with my existing pop up trundle. I was also concerned that the frame would be sturdy enough. I called customer service and I was delighted to hear it holds 400 pounds! Very impressive. The frame is very solid, very easy to put together and it has a great locking type system to hold all the supports. I was very impressed with the ease of this site, the information given and the free shipping was unbelievable. What a great shopping experience. Once again, this merchant provided excellent advice, quality products in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough about how efficient Decor and More Direct is. I appreciate that if they say it will be there by next Wednesday, it is usually there by Tuesday. The three products I purchased had to be delivered from three different places. The customer service representative who helped me with the order gave me timelines for each of the products before I placed the order to make sure that I could have what I needed in time. I am super impressed and do tell all my friends that they should consider Decor and More Direct!

This purchase of an extra long bed frame for my college student worked wonderfully. I purchased a mattress and day bed spring locally to work with a wrought iron daybed. The frame I bought did not work (after we moved her into her apartment) and the only alternative was for the mattress on the floor. I looked at several websites, came across Decor and More and was very impressed with their product line. The reviews pretty much sold the product for me. I found the XL bed frame I wanted but was concerned if it would hold wrought iron frames. I called customer service and expressed my concerns and was assured they would hold. I had it shipped to our daughter at her apartment, she assembled it herself and sent pictures to prove it. I am anxious to see the quality in person when we visit this fall. First time I have ever purchased furniture online. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We purchased the twin platform bed with trundle as a daybed/guest bed option for our office. It was easy to order, was delivered very quickly, and was amazingly simple to assemble. We have slept on both the platform bed and trundle ourselves without any trouble or complaints... both seem quite solid and sturdy. The trundle rolls out easily even rolling on carpet with a mattress on it. I have left it unfinished for now, but plan to stain it later, which will require some light sanding of a few rough edges. This was a really great value. Very happy with the product and would recommend it.

I am very pleased with the product quality and it appears well made and was easy to put the futon cover on even by myself. I thought about returning just because the color was not a perfect match, but that was my mistake. Customer service was prom...pt and courteous even though I decided to keep the original color.

I purchased a trundle bed kit from Decor and More Direct. It arrived the next day. A child could put it together. It's designed so that it can be disassembled when moving. It has the most ingenious fasteners to hold it together without glue. Fit and finish were excellent. I could not have possibly been more please with everything about the transaction.

I ordered a futon set from this merchant on Wednesday 11-18. By Thursday I had received prompt notice that the order had been processed, was shipping out and I would receive it Monday 11-23 (which was great, because I desperately needed to have it before Thanksgiving). On Friday I arrived home and the first part of the shipment (the futon cover) had already arrived via USPS Priority. Next Monday the rest of the shipment arrived via UPS as promised, and within two hours I had assembled and set up this very beautiful, durable, USA-made futon frame with mattress and cover. The assembly instructions were unbelievably clear and easy to follow, and believe me I am no Ms. Fix-it. This was one of the most pleasant and positive experiences I have had in the history of my online shopping to date. Many thanks to Decor and More - a first-rate effort in every way!

Because I had the opportunity to put it together I wanted to comment on the high quality of this bed. We are totally happy with the service and product value of our new bed! Decor and More kept us informed throughout this transaction - quickly responding to questions we had before the purchase - and kept us posted when we had to have a replacement piece shipped due to damage during delivery. We were the recipient of the best customer service Ive had on ANY Internet purchase! And the bed is great. The design and workmanship is excellent. Assembly instructions were straightforward and accurate. 5 stars all across, except for the delay in getting a replacement piece - but that was the trucking companys error, not the manufacturer or Decor and More. Bed was just as advertised; perhaps exceeded expectation. Great quality value. Merchant emails kept me posted as to the progress. Bed received in a timely manner; excellent condition. One small issue is the pre-drilled holes in one of the four drawer fronts were drilled an inch too high. Undecided here as to whether to contact customer service...or just re-drill them myself. I expect this was a goof by Day and Night, the supplier and not the fault of the merchant. I would purchase this again.

Sometimes it is very difficult to purchase furnishings on line. Buying from DECOR and MORE made my purchase very easy. The product description including size and pictures were extremely accurate.The ordering process was very simple and the prices were the cheapest I could find. I received my product a lot faster than expected being that it was a large item I thought it would take much longer. Decor and More kept me up to date with emails every step of the way and letting me know when the item was shipped. We purchased bunkbeds and I shopped the internet sites extensively. I feel the bunkbeds are very high quality and I am very happy w/the purchase. Be careful of the delivery methods... it was free but the items are loaded onto a big rig and they have to fit that truck on your street. Luckily he (the driver) put the boxes on my porch because my wife was unable to lift them. Overall very satisfied.

Good price and quick delivery on the loft bed w/slide. With two people the boxes were no problem carrying in. All the parts were there, and the needed L-Wrench was included. Assembly was very easy. My wife and I had it up in about 40 minutes. Very satisfied customer, and my daughter loves the bed.

I had previously ordered a futon set from another company earlier in the week. This was to be the bed my 60+ year old parents would be sleeping on when they came for Thanksgiving holiday. But for some reason the other compnay held the order for 3 days before processing then informed me it might not make it in time. I went back on line and found Decor and More Direct and contacted their customer support using the online chat. ( I was in bed with flu at time. ) They assured me there would be no problem getting it to me on time just 4 days later. Not only did they deliver early but it was perfect. My dad arrived with a cold and spent almost 48 hours in the bed. He loved it. ( very rare for my dad. ) It is beautiful and highly functional. This was an excellent experience and I thank Decor and More Direct for helping solve a problem and more.

We bought a kids bed from Decor and More. They had a good selection at the best price I have seen. I wanted to call and ask a question, but there was no phone number that I could find on their web site and that made me a little uncomfortable. They processed my order and provided shipping information quickly. The item came via Fedex Freight and not some fly-by-night shipping company and that put my mind at ease.
