TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHIPPING POLICY: We provide Free Shipping within the US 48 Contiguous states. We do not ship to AK, HI, the Florida Keys or outside of the US. We can not ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your purchase price if shipping is prohibitively high to your location. Many of our items ship via LTL Motor Freight Carrier. These shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. If your address is not accessible by delivery truck, the freight company will deliver it to the nearest accessible point. In this case, you will be responsible for transport from that point to your destination. You must inspect and count all packages prior to signing for the delivery. Any damaged or missing cartons must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt. Do not refuse delivery of the entire shipment if damage is limited or some items do not have visible damage. Replacement parts for damaged items will be shipped at no charge to you. We can not be responsible for loss or damage without proper documentation. Deliveries are curbside/back of truck and do not include carrying the item into your home or office. It is your responsibility to carry the items inside. We recommend having help available to assist you with the delivery. We do not offer inside delivery or assembly. Some freight companies offer additional services such as inside delivery. If you choose to use these services, you will be responsible for the additional fees. If you do not accept delivery for any reason other than damage and the freight is returned to us by the shipping company, this will be treated as a return and our standard return policy will apply. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual cost of shipping each way. If you have any questions concerning our shipping policy, please contact us prior to purchasing.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We begin processing orders within hours of receiving them. Because of this, we can not accept cancellations. Any request for cancellation will be processed as a return and our standard return policy will apply. You will need to email us at customerservice@decorandmoredirect.com for return authorization and instructions. Once the item has been returned to the warehouse, you will be refunded the purchase price minus our cost of shipping both ways. If you do not accept delivery for any reason other than damage and the freight is returned to us by the shipping company, this will be treated as a return. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual costs incurred for shipping each way. Due to the high cost of shipping furniture items, we recommend that you do not order, unless you are certain the item will suit your needs. If an item is backordered, you will be given the opportunity to cancel if the time frame does not suit your needs. Backorder cancellations must be received prior to shipment or our standard return policy will apply. RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us by email within 14 days of receipt for return authorization and instructions. Once the warehouse has received and inspected the items, you will be refunded your purchase price, less our actual cost of shipping. (This refers to the freight expense we incur for your outgoing shipment.) Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Due to the high shipping costs for furniture, we recommend that you do not purchase an item unless you are confident it will suit your needs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Items purchased as a packaged set must be returned as a complete set and can not be returned individually. Non defective returns must be in new, sellable condition in their original packaging. Non defective exchanges will be treated as returns. If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange return shipment at our expense. Once the return is in transit with the freight carrier the correct item will be shipped. If you receive a damaged item, replacement parts will be shipped at no cost to you. If you choose to return a damaged item instead of receive replacement parts, our standard return policy will apply. Please review our damage policy for more information. We do not guarantee accuracy of color, tone or shade based on web images, as monitor settings may vary. Returns due to color differences will follow our standard return policy. DAMAGE POLICY: Upon delivery you will need to count and inspect the exterior of the packages. Any damaged or missing cartons must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt. Do not refuse delivery of the entire shipment if damage is minimal or some items do not have visible damage. Replacement parts for damaged items will be shipped at no cost to you. You must open and inspect the contents of all cartons within 7 days. If any concealed damage is discovered, it must be reported to the freight company within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will need to notify us of the concealed damage by email within 7 days. If concealed damage is not reported within 7 days, we can not be responsible for the cost of replacements. Please contact us at customerservice@decorandmoredirect to report a damaged shipment. Damaged items that have been properly documented/reported will be replaced at no cost to you. Please hold onto the damaged items until it is determined if we will need to have them returned. If you choose to return a damaged item instead of receive replacement parts, our standard return policy will apply. Replacement parts are shipped via standard ground service from the manufacturer. We try to have replacement items shipped as quickly as possible. However, processing and shipment times will vary depending on the manufacturer. WARRANTY POLICY: Decor and More Direct does not provide a warranty for the products. Many of our items include a manufacturer's warranty. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly in order to resolve any warranty issues. If you need assistance in obtaining warranty information or contact information for the manufacturer, we will gladly assist you.

PRIVACY POLICY: This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data.
